CMC is not responsible nor do we guarantee any damage that occurs during shipment of the product. All orders need to be checked by the purchaser, and any issues reported within 24 hours. Photographic documentation of the package and the product must be included. Columbia Mushroom Company, LLC. takes no responsibility over the product 24 hours post the purchaser receiving the product. Spawn can be held for 72 hours at room temperature; however, if it is not going to be used within that time period it needs to be stored at refrigeration temperatures until use.
